Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Extensions Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at TheExtensionsShop@gmail.comand include photos of the damaged packaging and product.
