Return Policy
At The Extensions Shop, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Hair extensions must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The original packaging, including any security seals, ties, and tags, must remain intact.
- Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final on opened hair extension packages.
- Products that have been opened, worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange and will be returned to the customer.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Ship the item back at your expense using a trackable shipping method.
- Once your return has been shipped, email your tracking number to TheExtensionsShop@gmail.com.
- Please include your order number in the email so we can properly process your return or exchange.
Please note: Returns sent without a tracking number may experience delays in processing.
Once We Receive Your Return
Returns
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.
Exchanges
For approved exchanges, we will contact you to collect the shipping fee for the replacement item and ship your exchange once payment is received.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The Extensions Shop is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged return packages.
- We strongly recommend retaining your tracking information until your return has been processed.
